The Feather’s Touch, LLC is a holistic therapeutic art company that stimulates the mind, body, and spirit of seniors in nursing homes, assisted living communities and adult day care centers. Our sessions show that therapeutic art restores and maintains the highest level of functionality, such as exercising cognitive skills, dexterity, and concentration as well as allowing for social opportunities and memory enhancement.
Each therapeutic art session is carefully designed to encourage connection of the inner spirit. A typical session lasts for one hour and includes painting, crafting and molding clay. Clients describe the therapeutic art sessions as a relaxing experience. Our innovative programs establish amazing results for individuals with Alzheimer’s or Dementia, Quadriplegia, Paraplegia, Huntington's disease, Parkinson, Special Needs, and intellectual disabilities.
