This therapeutic art session encourages women to relieve stress by creatively reconnecting
with the inner spirit. It's an hour to steer away form everyday routines and mentally
pack up emotional baggage to move forward to a better life. There is no need to be
artistically inclined to participate. This special treat entails relaxation with a touch of art.
